How the search works
01 — The brief
You tell us the land size, the streets, the timing and the budget band. It takes a few minutes and it is the only thing we work from.
02 — The search
We run your brief against every parcel in Ascot and Hendra, not just what is listed. Boundaries, land size and lot plan come from Queensland cadastral records.
03 — The approach
Matched owners are contacted directly. Known contacts first, then a careful cold approach. Every call is logged, and do-not-contact requests are honoured.
04 — The shortlist
You see the parcels that came back interested, with the address and land size, and we work the negotiation from there.
Where we work
We service two Brisbane suburbs and we service them properly: Ascot and Hendra. Narrow ground means we know the parcels, the streets and who has owned what. If your search sits outside those two suburbs, tell us in the brief and we will say plainly whether we can help.
